Return and Exchange Process
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Returns and exchanges are available for most items, as long as they are unused, in the original condition, and with the original packaging and tags attached.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Products purchased on sale or with a clearance label are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. HKURTIS is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once the return item is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed.
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, which may take several business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you and may offer you the option to receive the item back at your own expense.

Exchanges
